From there, I will take you through a movement-based assessment. This often includes foundational patterns like squatting, hinging, pressing, and pulling—so I can see how your body performs in the same environment you train in every day.

Step 1

I start with a detailed conversation about your history, goals, and current training routine. Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or trying to break through a performance plateau, I want to understand the full picture.

Step 2

Before you leave your first session, you will:

  • Understand why you’re having pain or limitations

  • Have a clear plan moving forward

  • Be given targeted exercises or modifications you can immediately apply in your training

Step 3

From there an assessment of strength, mobility, and flexibility will occur. This will help me identify the root cause, so we get to work right away.
