From there, I will take you through a movement-based assessment. This often includes foundational patterns like squatting, hinging, pressing, and pulling—so I can see how your body performs in the same environment you train in every day.
Step 1I start with a detailed conversation about your history, goals, and current training routine. Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or trying to break through a performance plateau, I want to understand the full picture.
Step 2Before you leave your first session, you will:
Understand why you’re having pain or limitations
Have a clear plan moving forward
Be given targeted exercises or modifications you can immediately apply in your training
Step 3From there an assessment of strength, mobility, and flexibility will occur. This will help me identify the root cause, so we get to work right away.
